Services Included

• All services included in Core
• Full bill validation, including VAT, CCL, and meter read checks
• Detection of billing errors, gaps, and overlaps
• Supplier query logging and escalation tracking
• Annual O&M inspection delivered via approved partners
• Electrical and safety checks
• Carbon footprint reporting (Scopes 1 & 2)
• Named account contact and structured reporting

Services Excluded

• Performance optimisation or alerting
• Guaranteed savings
• Capital works or physical efficiency measures
• ESOS compliance audits (available separately)

Fees

• Monthly subscription payable in advance, or
• Annual subscription payable in advance (10% discount)

Minimum Term

• Twelve (12) months
